Polymer International is a hybrid journal. Authors may choose one of the following publication options:

• Open Access (OA): The article will be freely accessible to readers upon publication. Article Processing Charges (APCs) apply.
• Subscription: No publication fee is required from the authors. However, the published article will be accessible only to subscribers or through institutional access.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND TIMELINE

1. Eligibility
Full paper submission is strictly limited to registered participants of MACRO 2026 who have completed the registration fee and attended the conference.
2. Submission Period
The full paper submission window will open on the first day of the conference, 28 July 2026, and will close on 28 October 2026 (3 month period).Submissions outside this period will not be considered.
3. Initial Submission for Verification
Authors are required to submit a PDF version of the full manuscript to the MACRO 2026 organizing committee via email to ctnurulain@upm.edu.my for preliminary verification.This step is mandatory to confirm the author’s participation and eligibility.
4. Eligibility Confirmation and Editorial Notification
Upon successful verification, the organizing committee will:
• Issue an official confirmation of eligibility to the author
• Notify the Editor of the selected journal regarding the intended submission, including the corresponding author’s name and manuscript title
• Formally request priority consideration for the manuscript under the MACRO 2026 submission category
5. Submission to Selected Journal
Following approval, authors may proceed to submit their manuscript directly to their selected journal, in accordance with the journal’s submission guidelines.A cover letter must be included, clearly stating that:
• The manuscript is associated with MACRO 2026
• The submission has received prior approval from the MACRO 2026 Organizing Committee
6. Submission Route
All submissions must be made through the standard submission system of the respective journals. Authors are required to follow the submission guidelines and procedures specified by each journal.
7. Article Processing Charge
Please note that any applicable Article Processing Charges (APC) are to be arranged directly between the authors and the respective journal. Authors are encouraged to refer to the journal’s website for further details of the APC.

• All manuscripts must strictly adhere to the author guidelines of the respective journal
• All submissions are subject to the standard peer-review process of the journal
• The MACRO 2026 Organizing Committee does not guarantee acceptance of any manuscript
• Identification as a MACRO 2026-associated submission does not guarantee acceptance for publication
